Where the cold wind blows.

North Ferriby. Now there's a funny place.

There's exactly bugger all going on in this well to do suburban outpost of Kingston upon Hull. The only reason I was there was that I'd chased some nice weather up from Sheffield in order to do some shots for a house builder who's putting up some more unaffordable identikit boxes for those who don't know any better.

As I wandered around the leafy streets lined with wannabe lottery winners mansions I was pleasantly surprised to find an allotment garden smack bang in the middle of the village, even more so to find the "Rapid Solicitors" Stadium tucked away behind them.

I didn't have long to explore but the friendly cleaner let me have the run of the place, "Don't go on the pitch me duck" were her only words of advice.

Back in the village I found no signs of life at all so I'm wondering where North Ferriby United gets it's fans from.

Anyone shine any light on that for me?
